I offer a helping hand as you discover where you want to be and work toward getting there. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, trauma, and children and families. I focus on building a solid, trusting relationship with you that is both nurturing and healthy. Using active listening, empathy, compassion, and acceptance, I create an environment where you feel heard and supported as we work together to achieve your goals. My approach is eclectic, drawing from , DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy based on your age, goals, and what works best for you. For children, I use play and sand tray therapy. I also offer parenting coaching and consulting to support families in creating healthier dynamics. I have evening hours available.
